Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a respected consultancy in Leeds delivering construction projects throughout Yorkshire. The Project Manager will take a hands-on role in delivering residential, healthcare, and education sector schemes ranging from £5m to £50m. The role is ideal for a Project Manager with a proactive approach who enjoys working across multiple sectors. As a Project Manager, you’ll work alongside senior leadership with strong mentorship and a clear development pathway.

Job Responsibility:

Manage projects through RIBA stages
Ensure contract compliance
Engage with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout delivery

Requirements:

Degree qualified in construction, engineering or surveying
MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB preferred or working towards
Proven consultancy experience managing end-to-end delivery
Strong communication, stakeholder and reporting skills
Good understanding of contract management
