Project Manager

• Project Delivery: Lead projects through all stages, from initial concept and design through to construction, delivery, and final handover
• Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, monitoring expenditure, and negotiating fees with specialist contractors
• Governance & Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and project boards, ensuring all governance and record-keeping requirements are met
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, external consultants, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are understood and achieved
• Risk & Quality Assurance: Identify and manage project risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure all work meets high-quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Contract Administration: Manage variations, maintain change control processes, and oversee the performance of external contractors

• Proven Experience: A strong track record in managing infrastructure, property, or technical projects
• Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to broader organisational learning and development
• Adaptability: Experience managing projects both locally and remotely, with the ability to handle shifting priorities
• Knowledge Transfer: A commitment to mentoring internal staff and sharing expertise to build long-term organisational capability
