Job Description:

Our client in Irvine is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful project delivery from planning through execution. This individual will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports
  • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Monitor project scope and manage changes to ensure successful outcomes
  • Ensure quality standards, documentation, and project best practices are followed
  • Track progress against milestones and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on schedule

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field preferred
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus
