Job Description

A growing consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fit-out projects is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Essex. With schemes ranging from £100k to £2m+, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to take ownership of diverse projects across the healthcare, retail and commercial sectors. The successful Project Manager will work on fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment schemes across the region, often within live environments. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys working directly with clients, taking projects from concept to completion, and managing multiple stakeholders to tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline

  • Experience working within healthcare, retail or commercial sectors
  • Familiar with JCT contracts and managing projects from £100k to £2m+
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Working towards or holding APM, RICS, CIOB accreditation is beneficial
