Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. A master's degree is highly preferred
Current Project Management Professional certification from Project Management Institute (PMI)
fifteen (15) years of experience in program management, with at least seven (7) years managing complex international construction, engineering, or technical projects of a similar size and scope. Demonstrated experience managing projects in OCONUS (Outside the Continental U.S.) environments is required.
