Job Description:

A growing consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fit-out projects is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Essex. With schemes ranging from £100k to £2m+, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to take ownership of diverse projects across the healthcare, retail and commercial sectors. The successful Project Manager will work on fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment schemes across the region, often within live environments. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys working directly with clients, taking projects from concept to completion, and managing multiple stakeholders to tight deadlines.

Job Responsibility:

Contract administration
programme and cost management
risk assessments
ensuring compliance with site and client requirements
working closely with internal teams, contractors and client representatives to ensure each scheme is delivered safely, on time and within budget

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
3+ years’ experience delivering fit-out or refurbishment projects
Experience working within healthcare, retail or commercial sectors
Familiar with JCT contracts and managing projects from £100k to £2m+
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Working towards or holding APM, RICS, CIOB accreditation is beneficial
