Job Description:

An established Birmingham-based construction consultancy is looking to appoint a skilled Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse mix of public and private sector schemes while advancing your project management career.

Job Responsibility:

Managing the full project lifecycle
Liaising with clients and consultants
Preparing reports and ensuring programme delivery
Oversee design coordination, procurement, and site progress

Requirements:

Degree in Construction Project Management or similar
Minimum of 3 years' consultancy experience
Confident in contract administration and stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of NEC and JCT suite
Working towards chartered status with RICS, CIOB or APM

Nice to have:
