Job Responsibility:
Delivering projects from inception through to completion
Acting as the key client interface
Overseeing programme, cost, procurement and risk
Ensuring schemes are delivered on time and to the highest professional standards
Administering and managing JCT contracts
Coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Providing strategic advice to clients
Regularly leading meetings
Providing clear, confident reporting
Managing multiple schemes and adapting to varying client demands
Maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach
Requirements:
Experience within the living sector, particularly student accommodation and residential projects
Exposure to healthcare or higher education schemes would be advantageous
Must be Chartered (MRICS/MCIOB or equivalent) or demonstrably working towards chartership
Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts is essential
Commercially aware
Highly organised
Confident in dealing directly with clients
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexibly across projects
