Station J is a leading innovation hub working to strengthen economic resilience, entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment in Jerusalem through integrated programs that combine capacity building, incubation, access to finance, and ecosystem development. As part of its strategic partnerships, Station J is implementing a flagship intervention designed to support MSMEs, NGOs, and youth-led innovation through a combination of financial support, technical assistance, and ecosystem engagement. The Facility adopts an integrated approach that includes: Matching and direct grants for MSMEs and NGOs; Capacity building and business development support; Technical advisory services; Youth innovation tracks through hackathons and incubation. The Project Manager will play a central role in ensuring the successful delivery of this intervention, maintaining high-quality standards, strong coordination, and full compliance with operational and reporting requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the full project cycle: planning, implementation, monitoring, and closure
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all project components
Align implementation with approved workplans, logframe, and budget
Manage the day-to-day operations of the project
Supervise and guide a team of three staff members
Ensure consistency and quality across all project activities
Lead the preparation of high-quality narrative and technical reports
Contribute to financial reporting in coordination with the finance team
Maintain regular communication with partners and stakeholders
Represent Station J in coordination meetings, stakeholder engagements, and project-related events
Prepare presentations, briefs, and updates for internal and external audiences
Oversee budget implementation and ensure efficient use of project resources
Monitor expenditures against budget lines
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and funding requirements
Coordinate closely with finance and procurement teams
Oversee the full grant cycle
Ensure transparency, fairness, and quality in selection and evaluation processes
Supervise the delivery of technical assistance and advisory services
Ensure that MSMEs and NGOs receive tailored support
Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders
Engage with MSMEs, NGOs, and community actors
Represent Station J in relevant sectoral and ecosystem platforms
Ensure implementation of effective monitoring and evaluation systems
Track progress against key indicators and targets
Oversee data collection, validation, and reporting processes
Identify potential operational, financial, and contextual risks
Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
Proven experience managing complex development programs
Demonstrated experience in MSME support and entrepreneurship
Capacity building programs
Business planning and development
Strong experience in reporting and stakeholder coordination
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Strong engagement and understanding of the Jerusalem ecosystem
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
