Job Description:

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events allowing people to have unforgettable moments. Work closely with teams in Lisbon and interact with partners and providers to grow Fever's pipeline of original events. This includes developing, launching, and managing global events while driving innovation through strategic planning, financial reporting, customer satisfaction, and operational improvements.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with your team and partners to develop, launch and manage events worldwide
own the strategic planning, execution and financial reporting of key experiences
provide a detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies
propose changes to operational processes
drive a high standard in customer satisfaction
ensure high-quality experiences are delivered
manage the profitability of experiences based on data analysis
negotiate and close business deals
define and support the scalability of experiences
devise and implement an expansion strategy
find creative ways of bringing incremental revenue to events
represent Fever at local events and with local PR

Requirements:

2-3 years in a project management role, consulting background or roles with P&L ownership
fluent in English
Portuguese/French/Spanish are a plus
strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions
strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
highly organized and efficient
curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
great networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen
ability to think strategically when faced with an events partnership brief or with proprietary data
able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
collaborative and willing to work on all required event tasks
knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
strong academic background is a plus
