Project Manager

• Lead E2E project management activities across short‑term and long‑term initiatives
• Develop, maintain, and share comprehensive project plans with internal teams and clients
• Monitor, track, and evaluate project performance, ensuring delivery against key milestones and objectives
• Manage project budgets, conduct financial analysis, and adjust constraints as required
• Apply agile management frameworks to manage programmes efficiently and support continuous delivery
• Guide estimation processes and drive productivity improvements
• Oversee risk, quality, and stakeholder management across assigned projects
• Use Microsoft tools and project management software such as MPP, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps

• Proven project management experience of 8–12 years, including 5–8 years in relevant project leadership roles
• Strong background in handling AD projects valued at USD 1–2 million
• Knowledge of BIBDA and BSS domains
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and programme management frameworks
• Skilled in estimation, productivity measurement, and project planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Confident using Microsoft tools and project management platforms
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe Advanced are an advantage
• Educational qualification: B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc (Computer Science)
