We are seeking a Project Manager who will serve as a single point of accountability to provide project management support for multiple, moderately complex, medium to large projects using Parallon Project Services project controls. This role supports existing initiatives and potential new projects as assigned, with strict adherence to prescribed project management methodology. The ideal candidate builds strong stakeholder relationships through proactive communication, ownership of risks and issues, and the delivery of effective, timely outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Organize project activities into manageable work efforts and determine effective approaches to completing work as defined in project plans
Author and facilitate project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, project plans, and status updates
Clearly define and manage project scope while motivating and guiding project team members
Manage relationships with business owners and cross‑functional team members to achieve project objectives
Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular status reporting
Manage change control processes and ensure alignment with project goals
Coach team members by clarifying task assignments, milestones, and expected deliverables
Prepare and ensure high‑quality, professional project deliverables
Facilitate decision‑making discussions among stakeholders
Develop toolkits and documentation to support field‑based implementations when required
Requirements:
3–5 years of hands‑on project management experience managing medium to large, moderately complex projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and project controls, including scope, schedule, risk, issue, and change management
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Demonstrated leadership, including strong communication, conflict management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities with strong attention to detail
Ability to think strategically and analytically to solve problems and drive project outcomes
Proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Visio, and Office Timeline add‑in
Experience using project management and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or similar platforms, as well as online collaboration tools (e.g., WebEx)
Nice to have:
Project management experience within healthcare, hospital systems, supply chain, workforce management, financial services, or technical/systems environments
Prior experience with HCA Healthcare, HealthTrust, or Parallon
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
