Project Manager

• Program & Delivery Ownership: Lead end-to-end execution of AI-driven initiatives, overseeing project planning, delivery, tracking, and successful outcomes across the full lifecycle
• Agile Delivery Leadership: Drive Agile execution by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement while reinforcing Agile best practices
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between business leaders, engineering teams, data scientists, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Requirements Definition: Partner with business analysts and technical teams to translate business objectives into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements for AI solutions
• Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints
• develop mitigation plans and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Progress & Metrics Reporting: Track delivery milestones and KPIs, providing concise status updates, forecasts, and executive-level reporting to leadership
• Financial & Resource Oversight: Manage project budgets, staffing plans, and timelines to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time, on-budget delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline required
• advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience leading technology or data-focused projects, including direct involvement in AI, machine learning, or analytics initiatives
• Demonstrated success managing work in Agile delivery environments, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks, from kickoff through production release
• Working understanding of AI and advanced analytics concepts such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive modeling
• Hands-on familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern data engineering and pipeline architectures
• Project management or Agile certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent credentials (Preferred)
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to balance multiple initiatives, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment
