He/she manages stakeholders at both technical and strategic levels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. Job Responsibility:
Project Leadership – Oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives
Governance & Risk Management – Establish and maintain project governance, escalating issues and risks to leadership when necessary
Cross-Functional Leadership – Lead diverse teams across TEKEVER to drive project success
Project Delivery – Ensure TEKEVER meets contractual and capability commitments
Reporting & Communication – Maintain project communication and develop tailored reports for different stakeholders
Customer Relations – Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations
International Travel – Frequent travel to customer locations worldwide
Requirements:
Advanced Education – Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
Industry Expertise – Aerospace or UAS industry knowledge
