Job Responsibility:
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, establishing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while monitoring progress against established milestones
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, deliverables, risk management strategies, and quality assurance protocols
Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal staff, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports to maintain accurate project records
Monitor project budgets and financial performance, tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and implementing corrective actions to maintain financial targets
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical matters to senior management as needed
Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and coordination sessions to ensure alignment among all project stakeholders
Review and approve project deliverables for quality, compliance, and adherence to specifications and contractual requirements
Manage project scope and control changes through formal change management processes, evaluating impacts on schedule, budget, and resources
Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction
Lead project closeout activities including final inspections, documentation handover, lessons learned sessions, and post-project evaluations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive project management experience with demonstrated success managing complex projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred
Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and industry standards
Experience with contract administration, procurement processes, and vendor management
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple competing demands
Strong financial acumen including budget development, cost control, and financial reporting
Demonstrated leadership abilities with proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
