We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead some of our most important engineering projects. But this is more than just delivery — it’s about how our clients experience working with Technica. As a member of our Extended Leadership Team (ELT), you’ll also help shape how we deliver our 5-Year strategy and influence how Technica grows.
Job Responsibility:
Lead internal and external teams to deliver high-impact engineering solutions
Build and maintain open, trust-based client relationships
Manage cost, programme, and resource planning with visibility and rigour
Run client progress meetings and provide clear, confident updates
Apply commercial awareness to NEC contracts and supplier coordination
Ensure alignment with CDM regulations and ISO standards
Foster a team culture of accountability, support and pride in delivery
Requirements:
5+ years managing engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects (or other relevant industry experience)
Commercial acumen (ideally with NEC contracts)
Experience working under CDM regulations
Familiarity with QHSE systems and structured project reporting
Nice to have:
NEBOSH Managing Safely or other H&S qualification
PRINCE2, Agile or other recognised PM methods
Knowledge of energy sector project delivery
Understanding of electrical, controls or instrumentation systems
