Job Description:

A Leeds-based construction consultancy is looking for a confident Project Manager to join their expanding project management team. The Project Manager will lead on a range of developments, including education, commercial and mixed-use schemes across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take on more responsibility. The Project Manager will be supported with a strong team structure and have opportunities to progress to Senior level.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver projects through all RIBA stages
Manage stakeholder communication
Monitor budgets
Coordinate teams
Full ownership of projects
Report directly to clients

Requirements:

3+ years in a consultancy setting
MRICS, MAPM or working towards
Degree in a construction-related discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple schemes at once

What we offer:

£45,000 – £55,000 per annum
