The candidate will be included in the modefinance Fintech team as a Project Manager. The figure will be responsible for the management/supervision of all the project phases, the implementation, and the customization of modefinance's tigran® platform that will be required.The candidate will have to take care of collecting the project business requirements, consulting all the customer-side stakeholders, and defining a technical product proposal. She/he will also have to draw up the technical project documentation, sharing the estimated effort with the commercial function for the purpose of economic quantification. At the contract and project proposal signings, the candidate will have to manage and organize the team that will deal with the execution and delivery of the project. It will be the responsibility of the Project Manager to ensure that the releases coincide with what is defined in the technical documentation, that the quality standards and release times are punctually respected.Finally, the PM will have to deal with the definition of the test terms and the final release. All this, with a view to constant improvement of modefinance products and services to support customers, in order to provide an excellent continuous product development service.This role will be based in modefinance offices in Milan, Italy with regular travel expected to the HQ in Trieste, Italy.
Job Responsibility:
Collect the project Business Requirements from customers
Interact and take care of the technical relationship with customers, during the requisition and execution phases of the project
Interact and coordinate the relevant corporate functions, in the executive phase, to ensure compliance with the times and contents set out in the technical project documentation
Involve the company figures necessary for the correct fulfillment of the previous point
Interpret the Business Requirements in a technical proposal for product implementation / development, accompanied by the necessary technical documentation (deliverables and release GANTT included)
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Finance or Management Engineering
Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level)
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office platform
Previous experience in managing complex projects/project management
