We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.
Job Responsibility:
Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction
Perform Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Define OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the team and individual members to align with company goals
Lead and manage developers and QA teams, ensuring collaboration and high-quality deliverables
Define, allocate, and monitor project tasks, ensuring accountability and timely completion
Follow up on task progress, ensuring deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines
Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss performance, challenges, and career development
Perform performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for team growth
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Perform other related duties as assigned
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management (minimum 4 years)
At least 1 year of hands-on software development experience in any modern programming language or framework
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience handling developers and QA professionals
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Nice to have:
PMP, CSM, or other recognized project management certifications are added advantage
