A well-established, specialist construction and property consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Birmingham team. This opportunity would suit a Project Manager who is comfortable delivering technically complex schemes and is happy working in a hybrid model. The successful Project Manager will work predominantly from the Birmingham office two days per week, and will also be required to travel to London approximately once per week to support project delivery and client requirements. This consultancy has a strong pipeline of remediation and building safety projects coming forward, particularly across residential and mixed-use assets. Due to this growing workload, they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects and support the successful delivery of these schemes. The appointed Project Manager will be responsible for delivering remediation projects from early instruction through to completion. Projects will often involve occupied buildings, multiple stakeholders and detailed compliance requirements, requiring a Project Manager who is organised, client-facing and technically aware. This role offers the Project Manager the opportunity to work on meaningful remediation projects while maintaining flexibility through a hybrid working arrangement.
