We are looking for a Project Manager to join our CRM Consulting practice, responsible for the successful delivery of complex, client-facing CRM engagements across some of the largest sports rights holders, primarily across North America. This role will own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and budgets are effectively managed across consulting and product teams, while bringing structure to complex initiatives and enabling high-quality outcomes at scale. Job Responsibility:
Own delivery of CRM Consulting engagements from kick-off through completion
Develop and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and milestones
Ensure delivery remains on track across scope, time, and dependencies
Manage a portfolio of CRM Consulting projects, prioritizing the most complex and high-impact engagements, while managing ad-hoc client requests in partnership with project leads to define priorities, timelines, and resourcing
Maintain visibility across all active projects, identifying risks and dependencies early
Provide structured updates and clear reporting on delivery status
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day delivery matters with clients
Lead regular status updates, ensuring clarity, transparency, and proactive communication
Support consultants in maintaining strong client relationships through structured delivery
Coordinate across CRM consultants, data teams, and internal product teams
Manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders, including geographically distributed teams
Ensure alignment across all parties involved in delivery
Track project budgets, burn rate, and overall delivery health
Identify and flag scope changes and delivery risks early
Support proactive decision-making to maintain project outcomes
Establish and evolve consistent delivery standards, practices, and frameworks across CRM Consulting engagements
Introduce tools and structures to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and scalability
Support delivery across multiple regions (NA, EMEA, APAC), ensuring alignment and coordination across distributed teams
Enable effective handoffs and collaboration within a follow-the-sun delivery model
Contribute to the ongoing development of global ways of working as the practice scales
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in project or delivery management
Experience delivering client-facing projects in consulting, CRM, or technology environments
Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
Exposure to data, integration, or digital transformation projects
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Familiarity with delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
