Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and oversee creative and packaging projects within our organization. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in traffic management, packaging processes, and effective communication to drive collaboration and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the central point of coordination for creative and packaging projects, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery
manage project intake from various departments and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact
facilitate communication between internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to maintain alignment
oversee the progress of design assets, routing them from agencies to internal teams for review and approval
coordinate the delivery of proofs to the internal regulatory team using platforms such as SharePoint
define project steps, assign tasks to appropriate team members, and establish clear timelines
organize and lead meetings to update all parties on project status and address any bottlenecks
monitor project milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
utilize tools like monday.com to track and support project workflows effectively

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Traffic Manager, Project Manager, or similar operational role
previous in-house experience within creative operations or marketing departments is highly preferred
strong knowledge of packaging processes and regulatory review procedures
excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
exceptional communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
proficiency in SharePoint and other project collaboration tools
familiarity with monday.com is a plus
ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
certification in project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile Scrum is advantageous
