Project Managers are orchestrators. You understand when to move fast, when to slow down, and when to help make something happen quickly without derailing everything else. As our next Project Manager, you’ll be part of the lab team, mixing strategy, creativity, and execution to produce breakthrough work.
Job Responsibility:
Manage projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring work is on time and on budget
Develop timelines and identify resources in partnership with internal stakeholders prior to briefings
Collaborate with the broader PM team to allocate and manage internal and external resources effectively
Work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, account, media, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow
Partner with external agencies and vendors to build holistic, integrated project plans
Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot roadblocks before they impact timelines
Mediate conflicts with poise, empathy, and strong communication
Maintain high attention to detail, including quality control and proofreading
Continually evaluate and improve processes in collaboration with all departments
Keep teams informed, aligned, and supported — without micromanaging
Requirements:
Knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through a combo of education/formal training and 1–3 years’ work experience in project management within an integrated agency environment
Strong interest in working with people and the ability to collaborate across diverse personality types
Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Tactful problem-solving skills with a solutions-first mindset
Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
Trusted listener with the ability to handle conflict constructively
