Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the master programme, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Maintain our reputation for craftsmanship by conducting rigorous inspections and upholding NHBC standards
  • Foster a 'Safety First' culture, ensuring 100% compliance with HSE regulations and internal protocols
  • Work closely with the Surveying team to manage costs, prevent waste, and maximize efficiency
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local authorities, contractors, and senior directors

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Tier 1 or high-volume developer
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid at Work are essential
  • Exceptional communication, a deep understanding of modern building techniques, and the ability to inspire a diverse workforce
