Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Project Manager to lead multiple initiatives that align with our organization’s strategic objectives. This long-term contract position is based in Chandler, Arizona, and is ideal for someone who thrives in fostering collaboration, solving problems, and delivering results. The role requires a proactive approach to managing schedules, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful project completion.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee multiple projects from initiation to delivery, aligning with organizational strategies and priorities
Foster positive team engagement to motivate team members and ensure collaborative progress
Identify potential risks and implement effective strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate updates to stakeholders regarding key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and potential challenges
Collaborate with functional teams and other project managers to optimize resource allocation and utilization
Develop and adjust project schedules based on shifting business priorities and deadlines
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners to support project success
Ensure the use of project management methodologies and tools, including scheduling software, for efficient planning and execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management with a focus on application development or similar fields
Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated expertise in managing deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across complex projects
Familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results
Ability to work onsite in Chandler, Arizona, as required.
