Project Manager

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure projects meet objectives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as designers, marketers, and strategists to maintain progress on deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring their expectations are met
• Monitor project scope and budgets, making necessary adjustments to align with goals and constraints
• Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate challenges
• Review branding materials and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with client specifications
• Facilitate team meetings to promote clear communication and collaboration across departments
• Document project progress, decisions, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability
• Analyze completed projects to identify areas for improvement and share insights with stakeholders
• Utilize project management tools like Asana to streamline workflows and track progress effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in project management within a branding, creative, or marketing agency
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
• Strong communication skills to manage client relationships and team collaboration effectively
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Experience with budget management and cost control processes
• Familiarity with branding principles and marketing strategies
• Certification in Project Management or Scrum is a plus but not mandatory
