Job Description:

HSO is a leading global Microsoft solutions partner, empowering organisations to modernise, optimise, and transform their operations using the full Microsoft ecosystem — including Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, AI, Data & Analytics, and Industry Cloud technologies. We’re looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to drive end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives, leading the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully
  • Lead end-to-end project management of D365 F&O implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client objectives and organizational goals
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution sessions
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to clients and senior management
  • Lead steering committee meetings and facilitate communication with all involved parties
  • Support and manage project teams, scope, schedules, risks/issues, and expectations
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, identifying opportunities for additional projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus
  • 7+ years of D365 F&O implementation experience
  • 8+ years of experience managing large ERP/CRM software projects and development teams
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale D365 F&O projects from initiation to completion
  • Experience with different SDLC project methodologies, such as agile and waterfall
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
  • The right to work in Australia/New Zealand.
