We’re looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to drive end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives, leading the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.
Job Responsibility:
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully
Lead end-to-end project management of D365 F&O implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client objectives and organizational goals
Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution sessions
Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to clients and senior management
Lead steering committee meetings and facilitate communication with all involved parties
Support and manage project teams, scope, schedules, risks/issues, and expectations
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, identifying opportunities for additional projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
PMP or similar certification is a plus
7+ years of D365 F&O implementation experience
8+ years of experience managing large ERP/CRM software projects and development teams
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale D365 F&O projects from initiation to completion
Experience with different SDLC project methodologies, such as agile and waterfall
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
