Project Manager

• Coordinate and execute multiple Small Capital and Expense Projects simultaneously in the $100K - $2MM range
• Participate in planning and estimating of future budget projects
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party resources, as required, to execute projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and functional
• Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan/schedule to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create, maintain, and store project documentation and records
• Supervise contract engineers and or construction crews on project by project basis

• A minimum of five plus years of job-related work experience as a project manager or project engineer is required
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• The ability to effectively communicate with others, both written and verbal communication, intermediate reading and writing, ability to prepare technical drawings and specifications, computer skills (including but not limited to: Excel, Power Point, Word, Auto Cad, and Microsoft Office)
• Design ability in at least one of the following areas: Mechanical Design, Electrical Design, Instrumentation/Controls Design, Civil Design, Metallurgy
• Ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations
• Ability to operate and drive all assigned company vehicles at company standard insurance rates is essential
• valid State driver’s license and proof of insurance required

Knowledge of or prior experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
