This has created a great opportunity for energised developing Project Manager with a passion for delivering water infrastructure solutions to join our Water Group based in our Brisbane or Gold Coast offices.
Job Responsibility:
Work closely with our senior team of experienced engineers, design managers and other project managers to continue our excellent project delivery track record
Successfully deliver complex projects, working within high performing interdisciplinary teams and contributing to the financial success of a business
Contribute to decision making and challenge how our projects are being delivered
Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals
Develop strong working relationships with clients by delivering valuable business solutions and understanding the client’s business
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in engineering
Technical understanding of water infrastructure including some or all of the following: water and sewerage networks, water and wastewater treatment plants, water resources projects, dams and pumped hydro infrastructure
Project Management qualifications/certifications preferred (e.g. Project Management Professional) or working towards the attainment of a recognised qualification / certification
Alternatively demonstrated PM excellence in a consulting environment
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with a high level of financial competency
Sound business acumen and an understanding of how to control project financials
Strong ability to prioritise tasks and multi-task to ensure deadlines are achieved
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with clients to meet their objectives
Ideally experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment
