Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-visibility projects from initiation through completion while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager also serves as a mentor to project managers, standards, and reporting.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously from kickoff through closeout
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Ensure we have competitive and robust project technician resources
  • Define project objectives and ensure alignment with business goals and customer requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including operations, sales, procurement and field teams
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, leadership, and customers
  • Monitor project financial performance including margins, cost controls, and forecasting
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and leadership updates
  • Ensure project documentation, change management, and quality standards are maintained
  • Resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and escalate when appropriate
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and project coordinators
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO standards, tolls, and methodologies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related field
  • 7+ years of project management experience managing complex projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, margins, and financial performance
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication
  • Prior project expetise including Commercial Construction Projects, Construction plans, Pre-construction, POS (point of sale) installation
