Project Manager

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed schedules to ensure projects are effectively planned
• Team and resource management: Lead and direct project teams, allocate resources, and work with Project Supervisors to assign tasks to team members
• Budget and timeline management: Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to timelines
• Risk and issue management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Track issues and ensure they are resolved promptly
• Communication: Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders including clients and delivery teams with regular project progress updates
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards particularly inline with clients needs
• Manage and maintain project documentation

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years working experience in project management or civil engineering within the water utilities or wastewater sectors
• Leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong organisational and time management ability
• Well developed budgeting and financial acumen
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
• Great technical foundation relevant to our project area with risk assessment/mitigation experience
