As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, consistency, and execution excellence across our partner’s teams. You will be responsible for supervising workflows, removing roadblocks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business expectations. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of process optimization, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will support initiatives that streamline internal workflows, improve operational performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze existing workflows and operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Lead optimization initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring measurable improvements in speed, quality, and efficiency
Recommend and implement enhancements to tools, systems, and workflows to increase productivity and reduce friction
Document, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, and team resources
Develop and track KPIs to measure the impact of optimization initiatives, sharing insights and progress with leadership
Build and maintain detailed project schedules, working closely with the partner’s POC and operations leaders to assess scope, priority, and timelines
Help define deadlines for each stage of projects and ensure adherence across teams
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, proactively resolving or escalating issues to maintain momentum
Ensure necessary resources are available for successful project delivery
Act as a central coordination point between different teams
Proactively communicate with stakeholders to understand expectations, preferences, and constraints
Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to internal stakeholders and leadership
Organize campaign production workflows across internal and external teams, ensuring balanced workloads and clear ownership
Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and workflows
Requirements:
3-5+ years in a project management role
Preferably a Project Management Certificate
Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Basecamp, or similar platforms
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Passion for process improvement, automation, and information systems
Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
