Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a forward-thinking property and construction consultancy based in Manchester. As a Project Manager, you will be working closely with private developers, housing associations and local authorities, managing the delivery of new-build housing schemes across the North West.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing the full lifecycle of residential housing developments
Taking ownership of key client relationships
Ensuring delivery against programme, quality, and cost targets
Leading pre-contract activities
Administering JCT contracts
Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver schemes

Requirements:

Relevant degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Employers Agent within a consultancy or client-side environment
Excellent knowledge of residential construction and housing development process
Strong contract administration and stakeholder management skills
MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership
