Job Description:

A forward-thinking consultancy, operating within the healthcare and commercial sectors, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic project delivery team. Based between Hertfordshire and London, the Project Manager will take full ownership of projects from inception to completion, working in highly regulated and technical environments. Job Responsibility:

Oversee all project stages, from pre-construction planning to final handover
Stakeholder liaison
Programme management
Technical commissioning
Risk mitigation
Procurement oversight
Lead multidisciplinary teams
Facilitate site decommissioning and departmental relocations
Ensure regular reporting to senior management
Chair meetings
Coordinate technical specifications
Ensure all works align with project milestones and budget constraints
Mentor junior team members
Promote best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience in healthcare and/or commercial construction projects
Degree in construction, engineering, or a related field
Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, RICS, or CIOB
Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to interpret technical drawings and lead commissioning processes
