Project Manager

• Manage up to three active projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Take full ownership of project outcomes without reliance on excessive approvals
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Monitor budgets, job cost reports, and forecasts
• Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Write and manage scopes of work
• Process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate subcontractor agreements and compliance
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Identify and mitigate project risks early

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Experience running fast-paced retail or small commercial projects
• Strong construction knowledge including sequencing, means and methods
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, or similar tools
