Job Responsibility:
Drive Project Success: Directly manage and supervise all construction and operational activities, ensuring projects consistently achieve defined objectives and targets
Cultivate High-Performing Teams: Lead, coordinate, and motivate the project team, ensuring excellence in financial controls (budgeting), time management (scheduling), and quality assurance across the entire lifecycle
Manage Critical Relationships: Function as the central communication hub, managing key relationships with all external parties—from regulatory authorities and consultants to architects and contractors—to guarantee seamless project delivery
Inform Strategic Decisions: Leverage expertise to provide critical analysis and strategic input into project feasibility studies and cost estimation, supporting executive decision-making
Ensure Quality and Compliance: Execute routine on-site inspections to rigorously monitor work progress, uphold quality standards, and enforce compliance with project timelines
Master Planning and Execution: Direct the sophisticated preparation of construction plans, implement robust cost control measures, and oversee work sequencing, particularly for complex high-rise structures

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction
Minimum 7 years experience in property development
