Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a specialist delivery package on a high-profile water project in the Eastleigh area. You'll be working for a market-leading subcontractor, delivering critical works on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor.

Job Responsibility:

  • manage site crews and ensuring the works meet the rigorous safety and quality standards required when subbing for a Tier 1 contractor
  • act as the primary point of contact between our site teams and the Main Contractor's management office

Requirements:

  • Water Sector Experience: A proven track record on AMP framework projects (WTW, STW, or network schemes)
  • High-Level Delivery: You are comfortable with the strict RAMS, reporting, and compliance involved in working alongside major Main Contractors
  • Commercial Sharpness: Able to manage site records and variations effectively to protect the subcontractor's interests
  • Essential Credentials: CSCS (Black Card), SMSTS, and First Aid are non-negotiable. EUSR Water Hygiene is a significant advantage
