Job Description:

An established property and construction consultancy in East Yorkshire is looking for a Project Manager to support a diverse workload across both public and private sector projects. The successful candidate will work on education, healthcare, civic, and private developments and oversee full project lifecycles from feasibility to completion. A driving licence and relevant construction or surveying degree are required.

Job Responsibility:

Work on a range of schemes including education, healthcare, civic, and private developments
Liaise with contractors and clients
Ensure compliance, quality, and budget adherence across projects
Manage multiple stakeholders
Deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

Relevant degree in construction or surveying
Experience in both public and private sector projects
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence required
Working knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts

£45,000 – £60,000
