Join our clients dynamic team as a Multi Utility Project Manager, overseeing contracts across the Yorkshire area. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of multi-utility services for various developments.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a portfolio of multi-utility schemes within the designated area
Handle all aspects of site work, from initial pre-start meetings to final utility connections
Order necessary plant, road opening notices, and traffic management. Manage both direct and subcontract resources
Perform team and quality audits to ensure high standards
Work closely with water, gas, and electric engineering departments to arrange connections
Close out Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and incident reports promptly
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Multi Utility Project Manager or similar
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Ability to manage site works from both HSQE and commercial perspectives

Gas/Water NCO 2 (desirable)
IOSH or similar (desirable)
Management qualification (desirable)
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel
Full driving license required
