Job Description:

A growing consultancy based in Liverpool is seeking a motivated Project Manager with construction consultancy experience to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys working across a diverse portfolio of education, healthcare and commercial projects within the Merseyside area. The successful Project Manager will gain exposure to full project lifecycles while being supported toward chartership. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

Managing programmes
Managing budgets
Managing client relationships
Leading meetings
Monitoring progress
Ensuring all parties are aligned with the agreed project goals

Requirements:

Construction-related degree (e.g. Construction Management, Civil Engineering)
3+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment
Ideally working towards MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM
Familiar with NEC and JCT contracts
Ability to manage multiple small to mid-sized projects concurrently
