Job Responsibility

  • Oversee all on-site activities, site personnel, and construction programming, utilising a professional, leadership-driven approach to people management
  • Provide unwavering leadership in health, safety, quality, and environmental management, ensuring absolute compliance with all legislative and company policies
  • Strategically manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labour resources to ensure key project objectives, timelines, and premium quality standards are met
  • Meticulously track project milestones, financial performance, and critical paths, providing regular, high-level updates to the senior executive team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of stable experience in a senior management position, successfully delivering major commercial or multi-residential projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing and delivering complex builds valued up to $100M
  • Comprehensive experience working directly for a reputable Australian Head Contractor
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management/Engineering, or an equivalent structural trade background
  • Strong proficiency in modern construction software and systems, including Procore, Jobpac, and MS Office Suite
  • A proven ability to mentor, develop internal talent, and effectively manage large, diverse project teams within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial construction environment
