Job Description

Project Manager looking after a $108m Commercial Tower due to commence Q3. Manage all on site activities with your site manager - Looking for leaders with a professional approach to managing people and programme. Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management. Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for head contractors in commercial construction within Australia (minimum of 5 years)
  • Experience delivering projects as a Project Manager up to $90m
  • Experience in Australia working for the head contractor (Required)
  • A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
  • Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites
  • Experience developing talent
  • Experience in managing large teams in a large project environment (In commercial Construction)
  • Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
  • Positive tenure and a proven track record of delivering similar projects end to end
