Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, people-oriented Project Manager to join a collaborative team supporting enterprise-wide initiatives across technology, learning, and digital transformation efforts. The ideal Project Manager candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can help drive projects from concept through completion while supporting stakeholders across multiple teams. This Project Manager Role is a fully remote Opportunity for a Non-Profit out of California. This Project manager Role is a contract position for about 5-6 months.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and project documentation
  • Partner with leadership and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with business goals
  • Lead project meetings, provide status updates, identify risks/issues, and drive action items to completion
  • Support ongoing SharePoint and Office 365 initiatives, including recently launched platforms and enhancements
  • Assist with website revamp projects focused on improving user experience and functionality based on customer feedback
  • Collaborate with consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Support organizational initiatives involving Salesforce AI and Microsoft Copilot implementations
  • Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, or similar platforms to manage workflows and priorities
  • Help improve processes, communication, and overall project efficiency across departments

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, Jira, or similar
  • Experience supporting website-related projects with a strong understanding of website structure, flow, and user experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and shifting deadlines effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, "how can I help?" mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and/or SharePoint environments

Nice to have

  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Exposure to Salesforce AI and/or Microsoft Copilot initiatives
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise systems implementations
  • Prior experience in learning, education, nonprofit, or healthcare-related organizations is a plus
