Project Manager

• Lead projects from inception through to completion
• Programming, procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder management
• Primary point of contact for key healthcare clients
• Managing complex design and delivery teams across live NHS environments and sensitive healthcare settings
• Manage risk, quality, and programme expectations effectively

• Degree qualified in a built environment subject (e.g. Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Architecture, or Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering construction projects, with a strong focus on healthcare
• Proven experience in consultancy or client-side roles
• Excellent understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts
• Comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing client relationships
• Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards is preferred
