Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business teams
  • Monitor project progress and track key milestones and KPIs
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments
  • Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project management
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end IT or software development projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
