Job Description:

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Plymouth is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their award-winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with a passion for sustainability and a strong track record in construction consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering pre and post-contract project management services, from initial concept through to project completion
Managing key project activities such as risk assessments, stakeholder coordination, procurement, and contract administration
Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

Requirements:

Degree in a construction-related discipline
Minimum 2 years’ consultancy experience in a Project Manager role
Chartered or working towards MCIOB, MRICS, or APM status
Proven experience managing construction projects across various sectors
Strong understanding of contract forms such as NEC, JCT, FIDIC
Skilled in using project management software (e.g. Asta Powerproject, MS Project)
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Competence in cost control, value engineering, and risk mitigation

Nice to have:

Full UK driving licence
