Job Description:

A multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London is looking for a Project Manager with a hands-on approach and strong client-facing skills to join their team. This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing budgets and programmes, and delivering student accommodation projects from pre-construction to handover.

Job Responsibility:

Managing multiple student accommodation schemes across London
Overseeing project programmes
Monitoring budgets
Managing risk
Coordinating consultant teams
Serving as key liaison between clients, contractors and stakeholders
Ensuring expectations are met at every stage

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline (e.g. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management)
Ideally chartered or working towards MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM
Previous experience delivering projects within student accommodation, hotels, or leisure centres
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Proven ability to lead projects from concept through to completion
Familiarity with JCT contracts and UK construction practices

Nice to have:

Experience in student accommodation would be advantageous
