Project Manager

• Take responsibility for the definition, planning, and successful execution of medium-scale projects or sub-projects
• Apply TM Forum’s standard project management methods and tools, in line with the Collaboration Playbook
• Develop realistic and achievable project plans, including deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements
• Manage risk, change control, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as needed to stay within agreed cost, time, scope, and quality parameters
• Facilitate effective collaboration across teams and ensure alignment between all project stakeholders
• Ensure regular communication and project updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct project closure activities, including documentation and lessons learned, contributing to continuous improvement across the PMO

• Demonstrated experience managing medium-scale or cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (traditional, agile, and hybrid), with the ability to apply the right approach based on project needs
• Proven experience in managing the delivery of end to end software development projects
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing competing priorities effectively
• Experience using software delivery tools and metrics such as Jira and Github
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and reporting

Experience in telecoms, digital services, or standards development environments is an advantage but not required
