Job Description:

The job involves assisting senior project managers, coordinating projects across multiple functions at Citi's Markets Programme Execution and Transformation team, and contributing to transformational initiatives in financial services.

Job Responsibility:

Assist senior project managers in developing and maintaining project plans
Track project progress against the plan and identify potential roadblocks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Support the creation of project documentation
Assist with stakeholder communication
Prepare and distribute project status reports
Support the facilitation of project meetings and workshops
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
Support the analysis of requirements and the development of solutions
Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies
Track and monitor project issues
Learn and apply project management methodologies
Adhere to Citi's Project Management policies and standards
Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Proven relevant experience in a project-related environment
Experience within Capital Markets is a plus, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with project management software is a plus
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A demonstrated desire to learn and develop project management skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying potential issues

Nice to have:
