Project Manager

• Client liaison
• Leading internal and external project teams
• Managing timelines and responsibilities to ensure successful delivery
• Chairing meetings confidently
• Demonstrating autonomy in decision-making and project progression

• A strong track record delivering fit-out projects, ideally in retail and/or student accommodation or residential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to lead meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong decision-making capability
• A relevant degree (e.g. BSc in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field)
• Ideally holding or working towards chartership (e.g. APM, RICS, CIOB)

• £35,000 – £45,000 basic salary
