Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Manager in the Construction/Contractor industry, based in Santa Barbara, California. The selected candidate will be integral to our residential and commercial projects, working closely with our construction team on-site.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage residential and commercial construction projects
Work closely with the construction team to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
Utilize software tools such as Procore and P6 for project management tasks
Apply knowledge of cloud technologies and CRM in project execution and management
Handle accounting functions related to the projects
Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
Implement and adhere to budget processes to keep financial aspects of projects in check.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
Experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of Budget Processes in construction projects
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Extensive experience in the Construction industry
Proficiency in using Procore software
Experience with P6 project management software
Understanding of basic Accounting Functions related to construction projects.
