Project Manager for the Rail business unit on the Tackley AFA and Bridleway Scheme to deliver minor station improvements and oversee the Installation of new footbridge and lifts at Tackley Station. This will include permanent closure of level crossing and installation of a new Bridleways. This role will also a Site Agent looking to step up to Project Manager.
Job Responsibility:
To deliver projects on time, within budget, safely and to the required quality
Planning project cost controls and forecasting
Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and development for your team
Manage financial performance, risks, and contractual obligations
Foster collaborative working and communication with stakeholders
Safety and compliance management
Risk management and quality assurance management
Requirements:
Project Manager or Site Agent Experience
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent construction knowledge
Proven ability to manage budgets, programmes, and risks
Degree qualified in a relevant technical discipline
A solid understanding of legislative compliance, including H&S, environment, and employment law
Commercial awareness and the ability to assess value and evaluate variations
